Caitlin Guillory, left, and Ben Dupuy of Marksville have attended school together since kindergarten, including taking classes together since their freshman year at Northwestern State University. Both were double majors in business and accounting and were awarded Master of Science degrees during spring commencement May 10.
“We would meet up in the library or in a vacant room in Russell Hall to study or do homework,” Guillory said. “We really pushed each other academically and that helped motivate us to continue to strive for the very best. We are currently going our separate ways in our careers but hope to ultimately open our own CPA firm together.”
