Northwestern State University’s Department of History, Criminal Justice and Social Sciences will host the 16th annual Criminal Justice Career Fair from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday, March 5 in the second floor lobby of the Student Union. Representatives from federal, state and local criminal justice agencies will be present with information on career opportunities available in criminal justice.

“All persons interested in speaking with prospective employers are invited to participate in the fair,” said Bill Shaw, Criminal Justice Career Fair Coordinator.  “It is a chance to meet with criminal justice professionals from various fields and locations to learn about potential employment opportunities in these fields.  Students, faculty and staff and the public are welcome to participate.”

The event is free.  For more information, contact Shaw at shawb@nsula.edu or call the Criminal Justice program office at (318) 357-6967.
