The NSU Demon baseball program and head coach J.P. Davis are hosting a series of hitting camps beginning in January for ages 6-18.

The NSU baseball team has an experienced staff. The camps have a low coach to athlete ratio. Players will get an introduction to college level coaching as well as recruiting exposure for high school athletes. This is a great opportunity for players to get a jump-start on the upcoming season.

Session 1 will be for grades 9-12. Dates are Jan. 5, 10, 12, 17, and 19. Registration fee is $175

Session 2 and 3 will be for ages 6-14. Session 2 camps will be held Jan. 24, 31, and Feb. 7. Session 3 camps will be Jan. 26, Feb.2 and 9. Registration fee is $100.

Session 4 is also for ages 6-14. Camp dates are Jan. 24, 26, 31, Feb. 2, 7 and 9. Registration fee is $200.

All camp dates are from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m.

The Demons will also be hosting a high school showcase camp Saturday Jan. 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The camp features offense, defense, and pitching evaluation. Registration is $75 for position players, $50 for pitchers.

Campers report to Brown Stroud Field. First session campers should arrive 30 minutes before. The remaining session campers arrive 10 minutes before.
