The Northwestern State softball game at Louisiana Tech on Tuesday has been rained out.

NSU (13-23, 2-8 SLC) will host the Lady Techsters on Tuesday, April 10 at 6 p.m. at the Lady Demon Diamond Complex. The teams are also attempting to reschedule the contest at La. Tech, but times are still to be announced.

The Lady Demons will take the field again this weekend with a conference series at home against Stephen F. Austin. Games will be played at 6 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Saturday.

Northwestern State's mid-week baseball game at Louisiana-Monroe Tuesday night was also canceled due to the weather.

The game will be made up at a later date but it has not yet been determined.

The Demons (12-14, 9-3 SLC) will next visit Sam Houston State for a three-game Southland Conference showdown beginning Thursday.  NSU is in second place in the league standings - one game behind Sam Houston.
