Northwestern State University’s Department of Military Science will hold a briefing Monday, Sept. 24 from 2-3 p.m. in the Noe Armory, Northwestern State’s Military Science Building, for individuals interested in a career as a U.S. Army nurse. Participants will hear firsthand from a U.S. Army nurse about nurse career progression, scholarship availability and graduate school opportunities offered in the Army Nurse Corps. Army nurses are able to travel the world in the Army while being paid to practice nursing.
